M. Palmer Mitchell
Fast becoming known for his business innovations, M. Palmer Mitchell is Chairman and President of the M. Palmer Foundation (MPF), which he founded in 2002. Under his leadership, MPF has forecasted Corporate Contributions to be in excess of $5,000.000.00 during fiscal 2006 & 2008.
As a businessman, Mr. Mitchell is president of American Arbitrage Inc, the leader in "Sitting Swann" Mergers and Acquisitions techniques. During the fourth quarter of 2001 he completed the acquisition of American Energy Corporation. In 1987, Mr.Mitchell founded Tel-O-Tax what is thought to be the first telephone tax company serving taxpayers in 5
States.
The M. Palmer Foundation is driven by Corporate Contributions. The M. Palmer Foundations Provides value to America's Fortune 500 Companies, in return contributions are made to the
Foundation. The unique Corporate Fund Raising program is a product of the innovative talents and efforts of Foundation Chairman and President M. Palmer Mitchell. The M. Palmer Foundation
does not occupy floor space. The M. Palmer Foundation is committed to implementing innovations to assure the maximum dollar values are funneled to various causes the
